What Messages We Send
Floorless sends operational SMS notifications related to dealer capital intelligence services, including inventory alerts, carrying cost updates, status notifications, and account briefings. Message frequency varies based on your account activity, typically 2-10 messages per month. These messages are transactional and operational in nature.
How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Floorless by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on our Request Access form and providing your mobile phone number
- Texting START to (650) 360-2009
- Providing verbal or written consent during onboarding
By opting in, you consent to receiving recurring text messages from Floorless at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service agreement. You may opt out at any time.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. You may also text STOP to (650) 360-2009 at any time, or contact us at privacy@floorless.ai to opt out.

Data We Collect
